Community Action Partnership Energy Assistance
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County has several programs and services designed to help people with lower incomes find and maintain safe, stable housing. Renters can work with HUD*-certified housing counselors to develop housing budgets, determine eligibility for financial assistance, navigate their leasing process, and more.
